Terms and permitted use
VerityPath consolidates source-linked public information for lawful personal-information, personal-safety, and self-footprint research. It is not a consumer reporting agency.
Permitted use
You must be at least 18, use your own account, provide truthful search instructions, and select a lawful purpose for every search. You are responsible for independently checking important information against the original source.
Prohibited use
You may not use VerityPath to decide or influence employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, licensing, government benefits, or another transaction governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law. You may not stalk, harass, threaten, discriminate, expose, impersonate, exploit, locate a protected person, evade a court order, investigate or target a minor, interfere with an investigation, facilitate a crime, or publish, sell, or redistribute a report.
Evidence limitations
Public information can be incomplete, delayed, outdated, duplicated, or associated with a different person. Identity-match probability is an assessment, not proof. A missing result does not prove that no record exists, and a directory entry does not by itself prove licensing, credentials, or current standing.
Tokens, payments, and subscriptions
Product prices and token costs are shown before purchase or search confirmation. Tokens are service credits, not money, and are subject to the purchase terms shown at checkout. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before a paid action.
Enforcement and account closure
We may delay, reject, restrict, suspend, or terminate activity when misuse, fraud, legal risk, or a security threat is suspected. You may request deletion using the in-app account controls or our public deletion instructions.
